A smoosh for my son's bathroom! The plan is to paint this by his sink...when he goes back to school that is. He starts on Monday...phew! I am needing some alone time badly. I'm going stir crazy...and it is blasted hot this week. This viking girl prefers the cold! Bring on the rain already, bring on the dark of fall, I'm ready for it.

This Fall, my baby will be going to Jr. Kindergarten and turning 5 in November. The school age years are upon me and some shifting will be occurring once again. New teacher, new friends and new moms. I've got my positive hat on, doing a lot of positive self talk and gearing up for a fun year ahead as he embarks on the journey of reading, manners and citizenship...staying steady in my practice (putting zazen on the calendar has been very motivational), and doing more wall accents in our house to build my portfolio.
Plus I need a new tattoo! I gotta shake things up around here in Newport Beach. This place needs to be shaken!

New tattoos always make things more interesting. I'll have to take a picture of my newest addition. Cryptic! I'm now contemplating the next one since I'm on the books for late January.
What are you thinking of getting?
So is your new tattoo cryptic? Hieroglyphs? I'd love to see it. I'd like to get Snow White's poison apple on the back of my forearm to go with her tattoo. It's got a skull on it! Ooh! And I'd like to get an anchor on my foot/shin. And my son's name on my wrist...the list goes on!
